Winter Reset

Our Winter Reset will offer an opportunity to reflect on the end of 2023 and begin to create our intentions for the fresh new year ahead of us. Winter is a time to recharge and to sink deeper into our shadows so we may emerge again in Spring. The practices we curate will be designed to support this. Community is at the heart of what we offer at Auro House and our seasonal resets are an opportunity to meet or reconnect with the people that will go on to support you in the retreat space and beyond for years to come.

We gather together to share both our experiences and our skills; to eat together, to learn and to reflect on the past season and what we are trusting to create moving forward. 

A typical day at our reset might look like:

- Rise, workout and sea dip

- Communal breakfast

- Personal development workshop or Embodied movement

- Lunch

- Free time

- Communal cooking and dinner

- Sharing Circle

We keep the cost of the reset very low to make the space accessible to all and so you may be able to join us each season and continue the journey. It is also a unique offering as we ask our guests to think about a skill that they would like to share with the group. In the past we have had nutrional talks, finance q&as and support cooking meals. This makes the space feel like a completely collarborative and explorative environment and we love it!
