Romantic Couple

What's included?

A carefully curated coaching container to allow you the opportunity to gain clarity, diffuse conflict, communicate effectively and create a partnership that fills you with peace, safety and intimacy.

Individual Sessions per Partner

These sessions will allow you to redevelop your relationship with yourself, get clear with your personal desires and consider what blocks you may have. We will identify personal relational patterns and triggers and use a variety of tools to work through these. We will dive into your sexuality and map out practices for your personal journey.

Couples Sessions

We will come together in a safe held space to navigate any challenges that arise in your relationship so that you can both develop a new set of communication skills and understand each other better. We will gain clarity on your relationship and create a map to bring you out of conflict an into a fully supported partnership. Intimacy and sex are foundational to your relationship and we will discover new practices and ways to connect on a whole new level.

Intimate Connection Dates

These dates will be given to you to work and play through together outside of our coaching sessions. There will be new tools to bring into practice as well as play dates to explore.

This coaching container is carefully designed to take you through your sessions by first breaking down patterns and then discovering what really feels true for you. The individual sessions will skillfully deepen your relationship with yourself while our couples sessions will give you an opportunity to transmit this work into real practice.
