Spring Equinox: Vibrations Within

Welcome to Auro House and to our first public retreat. We are so excited to share this weekend with you and we have a really special lineup planned centred around the recent spring equinox and the vibrations we create within. 

Spring Equinox is a celebration an energetic research in which the sun crosses over the equator into the Northern hemisphere. It marks the start of longer days, more sunshine and an opportunity to spend time with our intentions. It offers a time of expansion, creativity and light. This retreat is the weekend following this transit and a time to come together, watch the sunrise, explore our consciousness and feel joy with one another.

Upon arrival there will be free time to settle in, take a stroll to the beach for sunset and meet our other guests. This will be followed by a relaxed evening with a hearty meal and an opening circle.

Saturday will start early for those who choose with a silent sunrise walk and sea dip. When we arrive back to the warmth of Auro House we will experience a guided group meditation before breaking our silent contemplation with a freshly made juice. 

The rest of the weekend will follow with a series of nourishing and heart opening vibrational practices designed to welcome Spring.

Some of these practices include:

- yogic journalling experience

- kirtan

- sound healing

- sauna and ice bath immersion

- yoga nidra

Over the course of the weekend we will be enjoying a wholesome, seasonal plant based menu and will come together to eat in ceremony each day.

Accommodation is based over three comfortable rooms on a shared basis. Please message if you'd like to discuss any room preferences.

If you would like to pay in installments please drop us a message and we will arrange to take 50% deposit with final payment due 7 days prior to the retreat.

Please note: 

Our Auro baby Rocky will be present in the house during the retreat. We believe that welcoming children into these healing spaces is important and powerful. We believe that we are all perfect and unfortunately become disenchanted to this belief as we grow up and overthink our expression. Rocky shows us how to express without restraint as he has not yet forgotten his perfection and right to fill a room - this means you may hear a giggle, babble or cry in the space but we invite you to embrace it. This being said Auro House is a large space with plenty of space for peace and quiet reflection throughout. We have had such incredible feedback from so many of our retreat guests as to the playfulness, innocence, safety and love having a baby there brings and we trust you will feel the same.
